Application Process

For full consideration please complete an online application via BambooHR and apply for each separate vacancy as posted.
There are two parts to the application process, as follows:
  1. Completing your online application on BambooHR for each separate vacancy you hope to apply.
  2. Filling out our paper application and submitting it to Human Resources.
Once HPCS has received all the requested materials, members of the administrative staff will assess your credentials.  Applications will be reviewed for minimum qualifications and competencies, and selected candidates will be contacted for interviews.  A complete application is necessary for full consideration as an eligible candidate.

Support Staff Application - Use for Teacher Assistant/Aide, Preschool Teacher Assistant, Office Positions, and Non-Instructional Administration.

Faculty and Administration Application - Use for Preschool Teacher, Kindergarten-8th Grade Teacher, Specials (art, Spanish, music, etc.) Teacher, school Principal, Director of Student Services.
