Parent Support Organization

The PSO is committed to providing support to HPCS faculty, staff, and students through special programs, activities, and fundraisers.

The PSO is comprised of the following committees:


Fundraising: Our fundraising committee organizes and executes a variety of fundraising activities throughout the year. In the past these have included the Color Run, restaurant nights, Bucky Book sales, and car decal sales. In the past the PSO has purchased a variety of items to enrich our students’, staff’s, and faculty’s days, including playground equipment, LED monitors, document cameras, more than 30 protective cases for classroom iPads, new classroom projectors, equipment to enhance the office security camera, a book covering machine for the library, books for the 4th and 5th grade Book Battle, and various classroom furniture. 


Student Activities and Events: This committee is dedicated to providing fun activities for our students and their families. Some of these events have been an ice cream social after the Color Run, the AFCH baby blanket making event, Beach Day, and Field Day lunch. 


Staff Appreciation: Our staff appreciation committee works hard to let our teachers and staff know how much each of them is valued.


Community Care: This group is dedicated to praying for requests from teachers, students, and parents in the HPCS family. They meet throughout the school year, and welcome your prayer requests. You may send your requests to prayhpcs@gmail.com.


Room Parents: This committee recruits room parents for each of our classrooms who assist our teachers by communicating school-wide info to parents.


We encourage and welcome your involvement in the PSO! If you would like to help out in any of the above committees please contact the office and we will get you in touch with the PSO chairs.
